Yankee Pedlar Realtors is a locally owned, boutique real estate firm based in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire — known as the “Oldest Summer Resort in America.” From our office on North Main Street in downtown Wolfeboro, we provide full-service vacation rental management and waterfront real estate sales across the Lakes Region.
Owner-operated since the 1940s, Yankee Pedlar has served generations of property owners and vacationers. We manage properties in Wolfeboro, Tuftonboro, and Alton on lakes including Winnipesaukee, Wentworth, Crescent Lake, Mirror Lake, and Rust Pond.
What sets us apart is personalized, boutique-level service backed by deep local knowledge. Our agents are active community members who know these lakes, these towns, and these properties inside and out. When former French President Nicolas Sarkozy chose a Lakes Region vacation home, he booked through Yankee Pedlar.

The People Behind Yankee Pedlar
Geordy Hutchinson
Born and raised in Wolfeboro, Geordy has spent over 30 years building, renovating, and managing properties across the Lakes Region. A graduate of Kingswood Regional High School and Brewster Academy, he studied Political Science at American University in Washington, D.C. before completing his degree at the University of New Hampshire.
As owner of Yankee Pedlar, Geordy brings firsthand knowledge of every corner of the region. He's a licensed pilot, recreational diver, skier, and saltwater fisherman — and a committed advocate for the Wolfeboro community and local government.
When he's not at the office, you'll find him on the farm with his family and dogs.
Michelle Hansen
With over 20 years as a licensed broker and more than a decade at Yankee Pedlar, Michelle is the person behind every rental booking. She personally handles each reservation, knows every property in the portfolio, and works directly with guests and owners to make sure every season runs smoothly.
