Your Week on the Lake

All rentals run from Saturday at 3 PM to the following Saturday at 10 AM. You can book one week or multiple consecutive weeks. This keeps turnover simple and ensures every family gets a full week on the lake.

We keep it simple — personal checks by mail. A 50% deposit is due when you book, and the balance is due before your stay. No credit card processing fees, no online payment portals.

You can browse properties and submit an inquiry online, but all bookings are confirmed by us personally. We'll reach out to walk you through the property details, answer questions, and make sure it's the right fit for your family.

Some properties are pet-friendly — look for the green "Pet Friendly" badge when browsing. Pet policies vary by property, so ask us about specific rules when you inquire. See our pet-friendly properties →

Each property comes fully furnished with kitchen essentials and basic supplies. Linens and towels are not included — bring your own or rent them locally. A cleaning fee and security deposit are collected with your booking. Specific amenities (dock, boat access, AC, etc.) vary by property and are listed on each detail page.

Cancellation terms are outlined in your lease. Generally, cancellations made well in advance may receive a partial refund of the deposit, but policies vary. Contact us directly to discuss your situation — we'll work with you.
